Dr Ali Tehrani
Surgical & Implant Dentistry
In 2019, Dr. Tehrani obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Toronto. He received the Joseph Harker Johnson Scholarship award for the most outstanding student in Clinical Oral Surgery and Anesthesia. He was also awarded membership into Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honour society. Dr. Tehrani is currently a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
With an immense passion towards surgery, Dr. Tehrani was accepted into McGill’s Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Internship program upon completion of his dental degree. He also received training in facial trauma including but not limited to facial lacerations and managing complications. Dr. Tehrani is focused on providing his patients with the highest level of dental care. Knowing that dental procedures can be stressful for some patients, he takes the time to fully explain the procedures and ensures patient comfort comes first.
Outside dentistry, Dr. Tehrani is an avid Formula 1 fan and races Go-Karts competitively. He also loves spending quality time with family and friends, travelling, cooking, and playing the piano.

Amazing staff!! Great dentist!! My son had his first cavity and was terrified to get the freezing. They did such a great job he said it didn’t even hurt. I would recommend Smiles to everyone.

I recently had a very pleasant experience at Oakville Smiles Dentistry. My son needed a tooth extraction due to an infection, and the procedure went very smoothly, thanks to the Dr. Rupa Bhatt who handled it with utmost care. Additionally, I have been visiting the clinic for regular check-up and cleaning, and had a very friendly experience with the entire staff. Hajira, the coordinator, was amazing in managing the timings, making the entire process convenient and stress-free. I highly recommend Oakville Smiles Dentistry for both routine and urgent dental needs.This has to be the nicest team of professionals working as an excellent team.

I had my first visit today, and it was exceptional right from the start.
I was immediately greeted by the staff, was such a warm and welcoming first impression.
It’s been quite some time since I’ve been to the dentist, and it is one of my least favourite experiences. Dr. Rupa Bhatt and her team made every part of the experience very comfortable. They explained each step, was very knowledgeable and eased my anxieties throughout the appointment.
My teeth feel better than ever after my check up and cleaning. I already have my next appointment booked.
Highly recommended Dental practice!

This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Bhatt and the whole team were warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I felt seen and cared for throughout my appointment which sets Oakville Smiles apart from the rest. They were, attentive, kind and extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Oakville Smiles will be my go to office for all my dental needs in the future!

Dr. Bhatt is the best dentist I've ever been to. She took so much care to clean and inspect my teeth. She explained everything in detail and has all the great new tech. She is gentle and thorough and really cares about her patients health. I'm so glad I went to Oakville smiles! I generally have not liked the dentist, but this was a great experience. Highly recommend for top tier care.
